As self-confessed eating addicts, from the moment we met we have shared a passion for good food. What started as a daydream when kneading our own dough became a hobby as we experimented with different ingredients, and not long after, Bertie's was born.
As a mixture of both our names, Liberty and Robert, Bertie's is an amalgamation of our characters and our ethos: to make quality, delicious food that is as unpretentious as us!
